And a couple of the Downton Abbey episodes from Season 2 did seem to cover a lot of ground too quickly. But I LOVE the series!! I actually had an aunt (aged 2-1/2, poor little lamb) die during that flu epidemic, and I have always thought it must have been such a terrible and dramatic time, following on the heels of the horrors of the war. It's interesting, isn't it, to think that virtually a generation of young men was wiped out in Britain.
